Miss Dawn
Hi, my name is Dawn. I have been working at Toddle Town since 1999. I hold a Child Development Associate Certification and I am currently attending SWIC to further my education. I love working with children because I find it very rewarding to share and be a part of this very unique time of their lives.
Miss Nichelle
Hello, my name is Nichelle and I was born in the Phillippines on Clark AFB in May 1989. I am currently a student at Central Georgia Technical College and will be graduating December 2016 with my Associates in Applied Science. After I receive my Associates I will continue my education with Early Childhood Care Education and work towards getting my Bachelor’s Degree.
I enjoy working out and constantly moving. I get very bored when I sit still for very long, so I enjoy moving around and constantly look for things to do and to get accomplished. I have a beautiful daughter named Lexi Caroline who means the world to me. I always try to be the best I can be for myself and her, she’s my motivation. Because if I can’t be the best I can be the I can’t ask the same from her.
Miss Rachel
Hello! My name is Rachel and I am the Infant Teacher at Toddler House. I have worked with children since 2014 and have been lucky enough to work with children from 6 weeks of age up to 30 months old. Babies have always been my favorite age group; I love how they laugh, learn, love and trust unconditionally. My goal is to help each child reach their milestone moments with a structured curriculum personalized to each baby’s developmental level.
I received my Associate’s Degree in December of 2014 for Early Childhood/Special Education from my hometown college, Lorain County Community College in Elyria, OH. I am currently working towards my BA in the same field online at Grand Canyon University.
I have wanted to be a teacher since 6th grade, in order to inspire children the way so many teachers had inspired me up until that point and throughout the rest of my educational career. I am a lifetime Girl Scout and have enjoyed volunteering to train younger girls in the Scout Ways.
I am currently engaged with the wedding date set for September 2018. Outside of wedding planning, I love spending time with my 4 cats and reading or doing almost anything outside.
